ALERT-  Dear Clients and all users of Case Systems, Inc. Call boxes utilizing 2G, 3G and some 4G technology.  At the end of the 2022 Verizon will sunset the existing hardware supported on the 2G and 3G Networks.  This means all retro- active hardware must be replaced in able to make the Call box function properly.  We are working with Case to roll out the the new upgrade kits that will include 4G technology.  These upgrade kits will include everything needed to make the call box fully functional again.  Upgrades for your devices are already available, and we can work with you to make sure they are completed by the end of 2022.  Thanks for your understanding!  Here is the Bulletin from Verizon Wireless stating the above mentioned protocol!

3G CDMA Network Retirement

As Verizon continues to build for the future, we would like to keep you up to date with some important activities.

We are actively decommissioning our 3G CDMA network and expect to be completed by no later than December 31st, 2022.

As we continue with these changes to our network, we are also actively working with impacted customers. We will continue to update you with any important information as we get closer to this date.
